And so I return, back from The Land of The Undead - or my college final major project. Got to love to be so engrossed in a project that all other things in life seem to be irrelevant. But it's done! There will be a post on that later on down the road, a little photoshoot I feeling... and a little pompon jumpsuit action to crawl it's way through as well. Well we should get back to the point, on my travels through the shop floor at work, I saw a pretty little skirt made from corduroy and a few from denim, a few buttons in the middle and oh so 70's. As I am a student I could not afford this luxury, very sad for me, and then a project from last year - decay, from the fashion show post- showed up with a velvet underskirt! I was in some form of fashion heaven! Well who could blame me this velvet is so soft to touch ,and this colour! Can we please talk about the sun rays radiating from this skirt! I feel like I am wearing pure gold! I fall in love just a little bit each time I see or touch this fabric, I feel this makes me a proper fashion student. Love a beautiful piece of fabric. So this is the story behind my skirt, originally hide as an underskirt but now takes pride of place in my wardrobe. And saves me a little money . But I advise you to take yourself down to Topshop and get one of these skirts, you will be seeing them every where this summer as I have! The ultimate 70's festival summer piece!

As I have been left without means to a photographer and the free run of the house I decided to use my time wisely... Finding all mirrors to be vain in front of - bar the one in my sisters room, strictly off limits if I want to keep my head. An adventure of seeing in different ways. 'Curiouser and Curiouser.'
I do not have much to say today (tonight), my mind is blank and I have no idea why I actually did this, it was a spare of the moment sort of feeling. I suppose I have to entertain myself in some sort of way.

I'll leave you with a picture of my dinner, my attempts of being Vegan are working slowly; even my dog loves the taste and he is funny when it comes to the taste of vegetables, put a carrot or a tomato in front of him and it's gone within seconds but a lettuce leaf oh honey that is just cruelty to the taste buds.
SHIRT:- Topshop, JACKET:- My dad's which I stole quickly for these photos, SLIPPERS:- probably my sister, SKIRT:- knocked up by me.
so recently I have found myself feeling slightly awkward around the camera, might be because of my Christmas belly I still have, but started running again.... With my dog... Who fell up a curb, there is no hope for either of us. Moving on from that and my oddly looking face of today, some bad angles are happening here. I have been looking in my wardrobe and realised how many AWFUL pieces of clothing I have in my possession, if I ever have the chance to time travel I will have a few questions to my young self. So it was time for a revamp, this was originally a black dress, with no shape to it whatsoever - a mixture of a gothic hippie.... It made me cringe. So snip snip with the scissors and chop it in half, ooo the fun. I did mess up on the waist band a little but bloody velvet drives me insane !!! It's o so nice but a bloody horrible to sew!! next up a pair of over sized trouser into tailor ones.
Here's a little pic of a skinnier me and the hideous dress

And so I am here once again apologising for my lack of appearances, I really don't have any excuses this time - apart from being lazy and wearing some boring outfits, same old same old. I am feeling a re-vamp of the wardrobe coming on soon, Spring is dawning, hanging in the air all around me so why am I still insisting on wearing black. I'm feeling sequins, more pompoms, more glitter, more sparkle. I am craving exciting, why do I only allow a little bit a craziness in my designs but not on my person? I want to surround myself with pretty things, scented candles and all round positive energy; I wish to be inspired by all surrounding me. And so I sit here in my muppets pj's (animal ones to be specific) writing to you, with a retainer which I haven't worn in days -maybe a week- feeling all my teeth moving back into there potions and wondering what I shall be creating next - something which will allow me to go out with a bang, awe-inspiring, thought provoking and reaction craving.
Here is a sneak peek of what I have been working on, my mother posted a picture on good old facebook but the double chin in that is insane so there shall be retakes... :)
And other picture of Brighton as I have just accepted my offer :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I have been waiting to blog about this top!! Just knocked it up in one night as you do, basically I was in need of a break from my coat so as you do with the left over material... make a top!! I brought so much material for that thing, at the counter I was like yeah sure throw in an extra metre, it's velvet everyone loves a little bit of velvet... I also have at least 3m of plastic left over, a rain mac coat is where my mind is swaying to.
I am OBSESSED with roll neck, turtle neck, high neck the lot this winter, it is an essential; in my book. They are just so snug and make you feel all warm inside and outside. I brought 2 jumpers from Zara in black Friday, I was on that in the morning just waiting and waiting for that payment to load... time, effort and patience were key.
I am also feeling the whole all black simplistic look at the moment, with a hint of sophisticated grunge. But damn look at these boots, man they are the actual definition of happiness. And so comfy as well, if i'm not walking all the way into Stamford town from college and then shopping and just walking and pain and then more walking; I could not handle that! Please tell me how people last all day in heels, tell me your tips and tricks, and I will cherish them always.

Well hello there! I was feeling slightly creative on photoshop because of the inspiration of my little sister. While taking the photos she had the idea of using a bike light (red light) instead of the flash, and the results were so sick man! SO cool, the i thought it would be great to jazz up thee blog a little and put a little part of me in there (obviously it's all me but not my creative mind, or my design ideas). I have realised i have started to define my personal style more and more with in the past few months, before i was too afraid about what people would think about my clothing and what someone would say.. but then i thought why the hell should i listen or even think about this! I am proud of who of my craziness!! I shall embrace this craziness and show you my craziness with this wack job of a coat i have design.... this wings have been added!!! SO soso excited man!!!
Lets all be different, don't be sheeps, don't follow others, think outside the box, think for yourself, be yourself and don't let others change you! Inspiration words from Emma for the day.
